Birth & Postnatal Doula Services in Cambridgeshire & Bedfordshire
Hi, I'm Tracy and I've been supporting families with expertise, empathy & a touch of humour since 2015
I won't offer to realign your chakras and I'm afraid I can't teach you how to channel the Goddess through your vagina. If, however, you are looking for down-to-Earth, evidence-based support from a highly experienced and knowledgeable doula, I'd love to chat.

Having a baby is one of life's biggest transitions.
The day you meet your baby is a big day, and you deserve to feel safe, supported, and in control—whatever that looks like for you. Maybe that’s an undisturbed pool birth at home, a planned caesarean, or something in between. My job isn’t to steer you in any particular direction; it’s to help you explore your options, feel confident in your choices, and take the pressure off you and your partner so you can focus on what matters.
I bring a unique balance to my work: I’m thorough, proactive, and always thinking ahead, but I’m also calm and (almost) unflappable. Birth can be unpredictable, but I’ve been to enough of them (over 100!) to anticipate what you might need—sometimes before you even know it yourself.
I work with all kinds of families, including those who have experienced previous birth trauma or pregnancy loss, high-risk or complex pregnancies, induction, caesarean births and VBACS. I support clients giving birth at home, in a midwife-led unit, or in hospital. I’ve supported clients navigating both NHS and private healthcare as well as those giving birth at a local US military base. I also support solo parents and LGBTQ+ families. If you’re feeling overwhelmed or unsure about how to navigate the maternity system, I’ll be by your side to make sure you’re heard, respected, and supported every step of the way.
How My Experience Can Help You
As a doula, antenatal instructor and hypnobirthing teacher I have helped more than 500 families prepare for their birth and the early days and weeks of parenthood. I also teach workshops to healthcare professionals on informed consent and human rights in maternity care through my work with Birthrights. I was the project lead on informed consent and choice at The Rosie Hospital. I have specialist training in optimal fetal positioning (biomechanics for birth), to help you prepare physically and in hypnobirthing to support your mental and emotional preparation. I’m also a breastfeeding peer supporter and regularly support my clients postnatally too. What does all this mean for you? It means I know how the system works, I know how to help you navigate it, and I have a deep understanding of how birth unfolds—and what can help things go as smoothly as possible.
A Fully Tailored Experience
I believe great support starts well before labour begins. That’s why I prefer to meet several times antenatally to really get to know you, understand what’s important to you, and prepare for different possibilities. The better prepared you are, the more confident you’ll feel—and the smoother things tend to go. If a change of plan is needed at any point, I’ll help make that transition as calm and stress-free as possible.
I also offer bespoke packages, tailoring my support to your specific needs. If you have particular concerns or requirements, we can work together to create something that feels right for you.
A Bit About Me
I live in St Neots with my husband, two teenage daughters, a clever border collie, and a very cuddly cat. I’m an extrovert who loves deep conversations, great food, yoga, and dancing (I’m currently obsessed with Ceroc). When I’m not at a birth, you’ll probably find me in the gym, out in nature, or enjoying a cuppa with one of my doula friends.
