Thank you to Tracy for the knowledge she provided us with and the power to feel we deserve and were able to achieve a positive birthing experience. We have now welcomed our beautiful son, Jasper, and look back on our birthing experience extremely positively and truly believe we achieved this using the positive mindset we had developed thanks to these classes.
